- Boat and Scuba West is a social and recreational club of gay and lesbian boating, scuba diving, and outdoor enthusiasts in Tampa Bay, Florida. Frequent activities include raft-ups, kayaking, diving throughout Florida & beyond, trips to zoos/aquariums/boat shows, picnics, parties, and more. We meet the first Wednesday of each month at the Holiday Inn Sunspree in St. Petersburg.
